130 PM – 3:45 PM – Work out at the gym  Upper arms are particularly sore.

3:45 PM – 5:30 PM – read, compute, veg, repeat

5:30 PM – 6PM – watch TV news. eat Wheaties with water

6 PM – 10 PM channel surf

MothersLittleHelper10 PM – start hot bath, take one 2mg Ambien to start turning off my brain.

1030 – 1130 FALL ASLEEP!!!!!!  IN THE TUB!!

11:30 Wake up, having no idea what time it is.  At least 30 minutes just went phz-z-z-z–t

11:35 Try to get out of the tub without cracking open a major bone in this 70-year-old body.

Maybe I’ll try something a little less dramatic tomorrow night.
