subway-fullRemember Jared S. Fogle?  Maybe the “S” stands for “Subway,” because he is the guy who lost a gazillion pounds by eating at Subway – with no exercise.

With no exercise?

Well, okay.

So now comes this  high school science teacher who says he lost 37 pounds in 90 days by eating only at McDonald’s.

HOWEVER, please note that his diet  ” . . .  included limits of 2,000 calories a day and attempts to stick with daily recommended allowances for protein,  carbohydrates, cholesterol and several other nutritional restrictions,” according to USA TODAY.

OH, and did I mention, “He also adopted a new exercise regimen of walking 45 minutes daily.”

Well, duh.

I just hope those that see a headline that shouts, “McDonald’s diet leads to weight loss,” also read that last quote.  ” He also adopted a new exercise regimen of walking 45 minutes daily.”

Still no short cut, folks.
